SD was pretty conservative when I was stationed there. All the military probably helps that...what it doesn't help is most military folks don't vote where they are stationed but absentee to their home of record where they maintain their state citizenship.

Iirc correctly SD kept the gun stores open when they got closed down here in L.A county during the covid business shutdowns.

You should consider upgrading to copper foil .
