These are couple of Highlight vids of Guillaume Kerner Also known as the Blonde Angel.

Never heard of him but according to vid was the first Westerner to compete against the Thais in the Golden Age of MT in 1980s to 90s.

And had 62 fights 58 wins and never K.O.

His claim to fame is doing well against Krongsak before losing via cut stoppage.

Not the first Westerner but definitely one of the first. He started competing against the Thais in the late 80's and early 90's. Around the same time as guys like Joe Prestia, Stéhpane Nikiéma, Dida Diafat and Ramon Dekkers.

He had a great Thai coach in France, Pud Pad Noy.
