Im not sure about 100k drones but they are number 2 cause of casualties after artillery fire for most of conflict for both sides

Heres a story related to them

One of our volunteers was squad leader and sometimes replacement company commander when main one was busy in ukr foreign legion back in 22

One day he was in battallion HQ discussing how heavy his sector will be when ukrainian anti-air officer hands him radar readings and his entire sector is covered by red dots (drones)

That guy had some stories lol was interesting since he was in leadership position so he had a bit different view on things

Big problem are these small quadrocopters....both sides are using them a lot and if they flying low it isn't easy to see them on radar...
Most nasty thing are very small quadrocopters : they are used to get video etc in order to correct artillery and mortars fire......

It's pretty insane that the bulk of the Ukrainian forces are all middle aged men fighting for a year straight.

For short range recon usually are used very small drones and ...their number in frontline had seriously increased ...both sides are pumping more and more these very small drones to frontline.

1. A lot of territ def gentlemans in dumbass area are even till 60 y.o. For both sides btw.
2. Necessity to have uncles who does have experience to work with USSR era technique models. .
If I will need to use even USSR era tractor or truck, I better will hire uncle with experience to use this stuff....cos uncle will be able to do also small repairs and this will save me a lot of time and money ..it is reality.
3. Ukrainian lawmakers stupidity that they long time had mandatory mobilzed guys from age group 27+ y.o and younger lads were.....volunteers....

Next stuff with big stupidity Ukraine is doing is .....thinking that they might easily use new mobiks .....
Shitty attitude to rotation alone is ...big threat.

Ukraine does have units who never had been in frontline....at least they ...does have training and therefore might be usable for rotations to replace tired guys in frontline.
While if you have fresh mobik... without training ..you will need time to train and teach this guy. Ukraine doesn't have time.

One from biggest shit with mobiks I had to see is in reality horrible stuff.
Cases when mortar is not used by real pro ( and this is hell )....I is easy to hit friendly troops if...something is miscalculated.
Next stuff: too long time to keep mortar in the same position... mortar should be frequently relocated in order to avoid counter battery type fire! And you need pro in order that with frequent and fast relocations to calculate quickly and normally and fire where ordered...

Mobiks usage of Anti aircraft ammunition on ground targets...this ammo is expensive and in huge demand... ofc boxes, chips and carts are marked....but mobik guy under stress might do such mistake ....and this ...

Mobik using Anti tank grenades against troops while he does have grenade for such purpose..to be used against troops. Just loads ATG in launcher and uses this. While suitable for such application grenade is near mobik and usable. / battle for Severodonetsk had some such " nice " videos...

Mobiks usually doesn't have good camouflage skills basics....

Next stuff are drunk artillery officers and this is reality in some cases. Usually then howitzers barrels elevation angle might be miscalculated.
One example: when wagnerites get at least 6 ...152 mm shells on their heads officer as excuse told that they were drunk and therefore had mistake with howitzers barrels elevation angle. Prigozin was mad mode after this, Utkin too....

There's not many of them. If you remove under 18 and over 65 the average male age is 40 something. Most countries it's much lower.

That would happen everywhere in europe since age structure in societies has changed since WW2.The "young guys fight wars while old men start them" saying does not hold true in europe atleast

Now there are time of automatization and optimisation, where number of ammo and weapons etc matters more than number of ppl.
Imagine that in real life 2 guys ( despite officially listed crew number ) might launch 40 Grad 122 mm missiles in 20 seconds.If they are loaded in launcher.
Drones. Unmanned ground vehicles. Mines....for example Dumbass is some areas is industrial scale minefield. IEDs, Bobby traps
too. Jamming, spoofing, other kind of radioelectronic warfare, cybersecurity stuff etc...
Hard times.
Automatized firing posts too now are reality.

Yes. This also is valid for Russia.
Russia does have very effective propaganda and Putin might easily hire guys for his special operation.
Later a lot of them are complaining about mines, IEDs, drones and other stuff.

This war is horrible and usually soldiers doesn't see their enemy in the face.....IMHO accusations too are too easy done by ppl sitting in puffy cubicles....

The old men starting wars thing was never really true in general—it's just a pithy saying meant to sound deep and wise. History is full of younger warmongers. In fact, historically speaking female rulers have been more likely to start wars than their male counterparts.

We might end this war quickly IF will supply Ukr nuclear weapons. After some usage cases they will STFU despite propagandists and mass media yelling done by ppl earning for this for a living.
And what stuff matushka might do? Actually nothing and will STFU quickly. They doesn't have ability to intercept payloads delivered by missiles produced in 1979 th and this is real life...yup, hypersonic stuff with a lot of decoys from old nice Cold War era.. they can't.
All russian rhetorics about nukes is designed for puffy pussies in cubicles in west. We might turn for example Mayak chemical combined into Bakhmut and Russia doesn't have tools to prevent this to happen. Also does have some nice Chernobyl type reactors without containment buildings. Situation in frontlines isn't good for Ukr. Russia added approx 4 well trained and fresh brigades size equivalent units with real pros...and Putin ordered to press as much as it is possible.

Air Def for Ukr. Looks that Ukr had get supplied some upgraded radars and ...damn ....some missiles for old good KUB ( 3 fingers of death ). Outcome: 1 Su-25 smashed till peaces.
