I mean we've seen worse with Rampage in between his fights. Jones gets a little soft between fights too.

I put the blame on both him and Dana cause he promised that the Stipe fight was to take place on July at IFW but Dana's OCD makes him want to make fights for money so he had to change location and planned on booking it in MSG on November, which eventually led to Jon's injury, and he's now holding up the division.

In his defence he has not been able to work out since the pec injury, and if he stopped eating as much while he was innactive he would just loose all the weight which took him a while to gain.
