Going through sleep paralysis sounds terrifying.

I've had it. It's horrible. I took up meditation and yoga because of it. panic breathing techniques help. It doesn't stop it. It just stops the stress and fear which I suspect is what kills people in their sleep. Not saying it kills. A stroke or heart attack asleep combined with a lifetime of obstructive sleep apnea and sleep paralysis combined with numerous other things. There's stats on lack of sleep under 8 hrs and car accidents. Lowered reaction time.

I suspect fighters getting ktfo had rubbish sleep the night before.

Imaging you wake up. Your consciously awake but your bodys still asleep. Religion talks about purgatory. It's what it feels like. I feel compassion for stroke patients and paralyzed individuals. Horrible. It's only moments but feels like eternity.
