I'm sure you have your reasons, but it seems to me drunken fights in underpasses are easily avoided whatever country you live in. I dare say they go undetected by 99.9% of society.

It is not so much the fighting under the underpass, more the values and attitudes of average Britons. Getting drunk, getting tattoos and acting like like a chav, in general.
