I fucking love Forrest, but I think since he won the title his mind's been all wrong. You know him better than I do though, and the fact you trained with him for so long is ALL shades of fucking awesome cool ! I'm dead impressed, btw. It just seemed when he lost the title the weight of the world had been lifted off his shoulders, almost like he didn't like being champ.

Michael was sweet as a nut first time round, but a tad up himself the next. I was still gaging for him to win last weekend though, I've only ever gone against him with Hendo.

At the weigh ins for 79 I was supporting GSP till I saw the tremendous support he had compared to Matt's boos. I immediately went for Matt. I'm just like that I guess. I know why people were booing him but I felt sorry for him so I immediately started clapping and yelling for him in support. At the actual fight I was rooting for him too, much to my boyfriend's dismay. I know full well he's a dick though but I'll still support him.

Who are you going for out of Tito Forrest and Kos Johnson? I've got Tito and Kos, I might well be wrong on the last though.

Things are progressing rather nicely for me thus far. I'm really playing it safe, and my doctor is easing me into it. The Bankart procedure is a rough one to recover from so caution is the best method.
