hey.. i was reading your reply to the MMA/boxing defensive skills post, and i could tell you knew your stuff -- i was wondering if you could recommend a video or book which really gets down to details when it comes to the art of dodging and slipping punches effectively. either MMA or boxing "styles" are fine (I'm guessing boxing would be easier to find)... but I'm fascinated with fighting defense and would love to learn more.
