hey man, quick question because I have heard a lot of mixed rewiews on Gracie Barra JJ in phoenix, do you attend that gym, Do you do grappling only events, or have you gone into RITC? What is the best traits about your gym, what are your dislikes? I just moved out here and I am considering my options between the Lions den, Arizona Muay thai, the lab, and G.B. JJ
