6:45 AM: 2 sausage patties, 2 eggs, 1 piece of whole grain toast, 3 cups of coffee, GNC Ultra Mega Green + fish oil cap
9:00 AM: 3 servings of a hash brown casserole that contains sour cream, gorgonzola cheese, onion, cheddar cheese, etc. (co-worker brought it)
11:00 AM: handful of almonds
12:00 PM: apple + piece of dark chocolate
1:00 PM: roast beef and cheddar sandwich on an onion bun, baby spinach salad w/ red + green peppers and oil + vinegar salad
5:00 PM: Ribeye Steak (12 oz or so), baked potato w/ butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green beans, large glass of milk
6:30 PM: Pre-workout cup of green tea; fish oil cap
7:00 PM: Peri-workout smoothie - cup of yogurt, banana, ice, water, 1 scoop of protein
9:30 PM: 1/2 buffalo chicken pizza w/ added peppers, large bowl of cinnamon toast crunch
*I did not like the pizza at all. The sauce was the same type of sauce used on chicken wings. The orange color sauce. I hate that shit.

11:30 AM: Cheeseburger, carrots + broccoli from veggie tray (a lot of each), chips and spinach/sour cream dip
3:00 PM: Pre-workout smoothie, fish oil cap
3:30 PM: Peri-workout shake - cup of yogurt, ice, banana, 1 scoop of protein
6:00 PM: 5-6 slices of pizza (mushroom and pepperoni), 3 boneless wings
9:00 PM - 11:00 PM: A lot of chips and salsa, more broccoli + cheese and veggie dip, iced brownie covered in vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup, banana

The steak wasn't great actually. Ribeyes are fatty as shit, but this particular ribeye had so much fat that there wasn't much meat. I got it on sale though, so I can't really bitch.

8:30 AM: Breakfast casserole (eggs, sausage, cheeses, sour cream, etc.); 1 piece of toast; 2-3 cups of coffee, GNC Ultra Mega Green + fish oil cap - This is my mom's creation. She gave us a casserole dish of it to take home.
11:00 AM: Mexican Restaurant - Taquitos Guadalaras - 2 Steak Taquitos, 2 Chicken Taquitos, A TON of chips and salsa; lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, etc.
3:00 PM: Pre-workout cup of green tea, 2 fish oil caps
3:30 PM: Peri-workout smoothie - cup of yogurt, 1 banana, ice, water, 1 scoop of protein
5:30 PM: Mesquite smoked BBQ glazed Pork, fried potatoes, peas, large glass of milk
8:00 PM-10:00 PM: Popcorn (1/2 bag), 1 1/2 slices of pepperoni pizza, a couple handfuls of peanuts, smoothie/milkshake (4 fun size butterfingers, vanilla yogurt, ice, milk, 1 scoop of protein, peanut butter, chocolate syrup)

1:00 PM: Large Romaine Salad w/ .25 lbs turkey, LOTS of mozzarella, diced red and green peppers, ranch dressing; large glass of 2% milk, 2 fish oil caps
5:30 PM: 2 large plates of spaghetti (my spaghetti is ground beef, diced green + red peppers, garlic, sauce, whole grain noodles + regular noodles - see photo)
8:30 PM: Quite a few tortilla chips w/ queso dip, Smoothie/Shake (4 fun size Butterfingers, yogurt, peanut butter, some chocolate syrup, 1 scoop of protein, ice, milk)

4:00 PM: Large handful of almonds
5:30 PM: Stuffed Parmesan Chicken Breast over whole grain linguine with alfredo sauce and broccoli, large glass of milk
9:30 PM: 3/4 of a Tombstone Pepperoni and Sausage Pizza w/ added diced green and red pepper, extra mozzarella cheese, 1 12 oz coca cola (first soda in months, maybe a year)

Honestly, there are only about 2 things I really don't like to eat in this world. One is pickles, and the other is wing sauce. You'll never see me bitch about eating anything else. I'm not a huge fan of hot sauce on it's own either, but I'll deal with it. It's not the heat, it's the flavor.
