whats the release timeframe for 2010? i am debating if i should get 2009...or just wait, considering i just bought a couple of games, so wouldnt be bying a new one til december or january....

so is 2010 due in like march? or is it like sep -dec 2010?

I would assume May, like 2009. Although it could all depend on when EA sets to put their game out, as THQ may want to be the first one out the gate next year.
