Gameplay and Game Modes
-More positions on the ground, and the ability to use the cage during clinches, takedowns, GnP, standing up and spinning off
-southpaw stance
-More submissions
-rather than having moves specific to a style of fighting, techniques should be specific to each individual fighter. This also allows you the ability to learn signature moves through training (say you start off at a small camp, you shouldn't learn fancy moves. Once you earn the right, and get better at more prestigious camps you can learn the moves you want to.)
-I'm one of the few who enjoyed the ground game controls, however your ratings seem to have little effect on blocking transitions and it's more about timing. You could either add different ways to do things on the ground, or probably easier for the time being would be to add more positions (or half way struggles during transition...giving the fighters with good BJJ ground skills a better time not getting reversed by the Brock Lesnars of the world).
-Please get rid of the quick-step-shuffle-punches. You never see guys sprinting across the ring and then shuffling 5 feet to throw a jab. It's the biggest annoyance in the game because people abuse it so much.
-Better tuned fighter stats...honestly the difference between a punch with 90 and 50 is only 2-4 dmg points anyways. Also add a stat for how much damage/heart a fighter has
-HEAD MOVEMENT....in fact just copy the way FNR4 got rid of the ridiculous parry system and gave a bonus for moving and block/countering well. This would be 100x better than catching EVERY kick and punch for a takedown or clinch, in fact those techniques should be learned in training and not automatic (for example take forrest on the catch kick-counter punch. You should be able to work and choose to learn it if you want, but it should not happen 100% of the time you use it)
-Ability to watch others fight online, and set up your own PPV's online and watch all the fights in it.
