Things wanted in the next ufc game...

Def want to be able to have fights at catchweight or interdivisional fights..... also would like in career mode to be able to go up and down in weight classes.. def dont want to have a cap on how many fights you can have per character.. and would like to be able to do a career mode with any of the actually game fighters not just created.... anyone else got any idea's or thoughts on what they should add?

Fight diffrent fighters towards end of career mode, I hate fighting the same 5 guys for 2 years smh. Also in career, rivals and superfights would be awesome, and jumping/dropping weight classes to an extent.

arcade mode where you can run through a division and fight the champ at the end. instead of having to pick new guys every time you set up a new fight. i want to fight with bj 10 times in a row. i shouldnt have to sit through 25 loading screens just to get new guys in the ring. this is fucking basic THQ, its called arcade mode.

I really like the game but there are many minor things I would like to see fixed/added.

Too many loading screens.
Fix the career mode (fight some random created characters, fighting Thiago Alves 6 times got boring)
More fighters (Kurt Pellegrino, DHK etc.)
Less loading screens in general
More Nicknames

Another thing which I'm sure people will disagree with is that I think the ground game needs to be fixed. Once I got to the higher leveled opponents online, all the fights ended up being a stalling fest on the ground with the occasional transition/sub attempt. I realize that in real life a one-dimensional striker WILL be taken down and mauled, but I think it gets annoying when most of my fights end up on the ground for the entire fight. I do not remember the last time where I fought a good player who actually wanted to strike instead of wait for the takedowns.

EDIT: And I'm not saying I'm innocent to this offence. Sometimes I will just counter and will try to take it to the ground. But in reality I developed this style of play because I realized if I don't take them down first, then they'll LnP on me the whole match.

aesthetic
-better tattoos and more hair color options
-Tiger woods style facial recognition system
-more depth to arenas, much needed crowd noise improvement
(see YouTube - NCAA Basketball 10 Debut Trailer [HD])
-Announcers should talk about how the fight is going so far, and not just the move your doing
-custom entrances
-Better bruising, cuts, and blood during fights. Cumulative damage over a fight instead of cuts just magically vanishing after rounds.

Gameplay and Game Modes
-More positions on the ground, and the ability to use the cage during clinches, takedowns, GnP, standing up and spinning off
-southpaw stance
-More submissions
-rather than having moves specific to a style of fighting, techniques should be specific to each individual fighter. This also allows you the ability to learn signature moves through training (say you start off at a small camp, you shouldn't learn fancy moves. Once you earn the right, and get better at more prestigious camps you can learn the moves you want to.)
-I'm one of the few who enjoyed the ground game controls, however your ratings seem to have little effect on blocking transitions and it's more about timing. You could either add different ways to do things on the ground, or probably easier for the time being would be to add more positions (or half way struggles during transition...giving the fighters with good BJJ ground skills a better time not getting reversed by the Brock Lesnars of the world).
-Please get rid of the quick-step-shuffle-punches. You never see guys sprinting across the ring and then shuffling 5 feet to throw a jab. It's the biggest annoyance in the game because people abuse it so much.
-Better tuned fighter stats...honestly the difference between a punch with 90 and 50 is only 2-4 dmg points anyways. Also add a stat for how much damage/heart a fighter has
-HEAD MOVEMENT....in fact just copy the way FNR4 got rid of the ridiculous parry system and gave a bonus for moving and block/countering well. This would be 100x better than catching EVERY kick and punch for a takedown or clinch, in fact those techniques should be learned in training and not automatic (for example take forrest on the catch kick-counter punch. You should be able to work and choose to learn it if you want, but it should not happen 100% of the time you use it)
-Ability to watch others fight online, and set up your own PPV's online and watch all the fights in it.

Career Mode

Here's my basic idea. Start off fighting for a small local camp...have a few to choose from and let the other camps be your rivals. Start off doing local shows and have training games at your camp. Each camp can have strengths and weaknesses. From there you tryout for TUF and work your way on that show (lets say your coaches are Randy Couture and Royce Gracie). Depending on how you do opens up the ability to choose which camps you can fight with (kind of like in NCAA football where if you do good more colleges want you to play for them). From there you learn new techniques specific to what that camp is good at (Greg Jackson might be good at boxing and gameplanning, while Xtreme Couture might be good at wrestling and endurance). You would be allowed to take fights with guys from your camp, and if you ever leave for another that camp will be gunning for you as your new rival!. There will be tons of generic fighters for you to fight along the way, so you save the current UFC stars for later fights in your career.
