To people playing XBL ranked
Dont you hate joining games over and over with a created fighter that has judo and 103 strength and 111 sub offense and defense and 112 overall? Im tired of all the Chuck Norris' Fedors, and especially the kimbo's and red players whatever the hell thats from. Anyone else agree? Its just not fair at all.

I have stopped playing UFC online all together. It's not even about having fun with most people.

People on ranked are mental.
And people on player matches either suck horribly or are quite good and protecting their ranked record.

Why don't you select UFC only? I know that the created fighters are a bit unfair, but I don't understand why people complain about them. You can avoid them altogether by a simple change in search/host options.
The red player thing is just when a player has something the system deems offensive in their name. It is essentially a name mask or a censorship if you will.

OR, people who play player matches just have more fun there than the ranked matches. ranked matches are nothing but a headache.

Not really. I was playing player matches one night just to try and have some fun fights, but almost every guy I played took it deadly serious. One guy just kept grapple blocking, takedown, and then did absolutely nothing on the ground besides block transitions. He didn't even try to improve position or punch even, he just laid on top of me. So I conceded and he messaged me trying to talk shit like he was some badass player and all he did was lay on me like a blanket. I told him I play player matches to have a fun all out brawl and not get dry humped for 5 rnds.
I also think it has something to do with the comments(good subs, etc.) why they play like douchebags.

ranked matches are pathetic, it's filled with nothing but kids that HAVE to win or their lives are over. I can't tell you how many times I've played match only to have someone set it to 2 rounds and the whole time they try to just wrestle me to the ground and lnp to get the UD.
Now it's pretty easy to beat these guys, with a knee to the jaw or just submit them but it takes the fun out of the game when you know they don't even want to play to play they just want a cheap win.

OH I know what you mean, but I have faced better consistent competition on the player matches (well, the good guys don't fight lame until they start losing, while on ranked they fight lame straight out )
But the ranking system does help you face people near your ability.

TBH, I have fun in both player and ranked matches. Both are a pain in the ass to get an actual match going. In ranked, it's hard to get someone to man up if they see your record is really good. And in player matches, every time I search for a match and choose someone, it's already unavailable by the time it tries to sync up.
I probably play ranked 95% of the time and I can garuntee you guys, I'm not mental. I just think the competition in ranked is superior to player matches (in general). Plus it doesn't hurt to see how many matches I've won either.
