Not enough flash KOs after the patch.

I agreed that there was too many flash KOs prior to the patch when playing the CPU

however, when playing online in ranked matches, NO ONE and i mean no one actually trades strikes. it's always a match of who can catch who's punches/kicks and get the fight to the ground and hold position, slowly working to a better position to land a single strike, hold position, rinse and repeat.

i have tons of knockout wins but not a single flash KO... the patch has made it way to difficult to get a flash KO in my opinion. i catch people with step in strikes, high kicks, flying knees, haymakers, ALL THE TIME while they're throwing something, so my strikes land as heavy counters but i still never get flash KOs.

i'm glad they lowered the amount of flash KOs for playing against the cpu because it makes the matches last a little longer, but in ranked matches where people want nothing to do with the standup they should have increased the probability of flash kos if anything. it makes it even harder to win fights on the feet against people that want nothing to do with it.

for the record i never played ranked matches prior to the patch so i dont know how much of a difference it made. i didn't play ranked matches because i knew about the quitters so i didn't want to win matches just to have people quit on me and not get any credit.

its funny though that people still quit even after the patch. i've had like 10 people quit on me in the past couple weeks, sad people.

Believe me it is far better now than before the patch. If you think not getting any flash KO wins is annoying then think about the flip side. How annoying is it when you are kicking the crap out of someone with a much lower rank and they throw a short elbow and you get flash KO'd?

There were lots of flash KO's pre-patch but not so much anymore. I got flash KO'd by a guy 30 level's below me today and lost a ton of points...even though I was kicking his ass. Come to think of it, I haven't gotten flashed KO'd (before today) in over 200 fights probably.

I have yet to see one flash KO since the patch. Should have just let it be.

Did they make the CPU harder since the patch? Seems like they guys on expert have gotten better.

Eh... I was fighting Mir and I came forward as the fight started as Kongo for a running leg kick and missed and he came with a flying knee and flash KOed me. He was 0-5 and I lost a shit-ton of points. I was pissed.

I havent seen anyone getting flash KO'd for a LONG time. They shulda left the patch.

Just play the game bitches
