I think so. When I did it I had an agility of 9 and didn't have any problems. Although the kind of weapon & armour you are carrying is important.

Fallout 3 is the only game (on both systems) I have all the achievements for. But I have to admit I cheated and used a guide ( The Vault, the Fallout wiki - Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas and more). I would have been able to do it on my own. It just would have taken a hell of a lot longer, lol. This is probably my favorite game in recent memory if not of all time. I plan on picking up the PC GOTY edition sometime so I could mess with the G.E.C.K. mod tools.

like i say, the wiki fallout guide is a freind.
You can sell alot of junk, hold on to them. I sell most everything i find. But find megaton before you worry about making money

I will have to go find the vault again I guess. When I got out, I just started randomly wandering. Went to the school and ended up in Big Town. I suck with directions, but I can probably find it.

Thanks for the info on the bobbleheads guys. So do the just add multiple stats, or can I only select one to use?
I just never really saw the point in achievements. When they first came out, I thought you would be able to use the points for DLC or something, but they just seem pointless to me. Is there something I am missing?
I guess I will just risk it and find the wiki.

Each bobblehead raises a specific SPECIAL stat (Intelligence, Strength, etc) by 1 point or a skill (Repair, Science, etc) by 10 points.

Yeah, I get that part, but what stops me from just collecting a ton of them and getting massive stats? I am assuming since the wiki mentions something about a bobblehead stand/case thing for your home, you an only carry one?
I feel like this is one of those games like Oblivion where the more I play, the more I realize I have seriously fucked something up
I had to start Oblivion over countless times, but it was actually a lot of fun. This game doesn't seem like it will have the same diversity in characters to get me interested in multiple restarts, but we shall see.

Oh, I looked around the wiki a few minutes and didn't really see anything about plans to make stuff. I really want to be able to make stuff...so can someone point me in the right direction for some beginner schematics? That was one of my favorite things in Oblivion...just gathering herbs and making potions.

Unfortunately, Fallout doesn't have the diversity for item creation that Oblivion has (probably my fav feature of Oblivion).
The closest it has is this (WARNING CONTAINS SPOILERS)
>>> Schematics - The Vault, the Fallout wiki - Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas and more
