Demon's Souls
Wanted to know who here has this game and if the difficulty (hard) makes it so that it becomes annoying to play, or does the difficulty make you keep trying different ways to win, and make it somewhat entertaining?

It's difficult in the sense that is punishes you very severely for slipups. It can be exceedingly frustrating at times, but no game has ever given me the incredible sense of satisfaction I get when I beat a big bad boss.

ya this is a game you have to extremely focused on. If you die, you lose all your money (souls), and have to start over. You do get to keep all of the items you picked up before you die, but you do not get re-imbursed the items you used before dying. I've only beaten 1-1, and died 5 times do to it.

A great game guide which includes Character/item/weapon/enemy lists and also a stripped down walk through. Along with a sound track and art book (typical of Atlus' recent new releases) All within a hard case.
I work part time at a locally owned video game store so i got a good deal. I'm not sure what the MSRP of the Deluxe edition is or was. All i know is that its crazy hard to get your hands on now and they are out of production. So if your into collecting, i would suggest grabbing it if you find one.

Awesome game, really immersive, atmospheric, and yes, difficult - but a lot of fun. I've only completed 1-1, 1-2, 2-1, 2-2 and 3-1, so there's a lot of game left to play.
