Some people hated campaign mode, some liked it. I thought it was much better than before, but its still not fantastic. I liked it, adds more fun than just a regular fighting game.

And to those having trouble with Nightmare Train, its hard, but the way I beat it is keep playing it and you should get an item or two for every time you lose there. They should be some really good ones and an occasional S class item. Equip your the better items and sooner or later you'll be strong enough to get to the end. Make sure you save 2 or 3 bursts on the gatling gun for Devil Jin and shoot his damn ass off the train to win.

I got it monday, just beat Azazel today. I play with Bruce. I like how the way fighters react to getting hit is a little more realistic. the moves are alot more fluid and speak to what namco could do with otther titles. (marvel, Mortal Kombat) The game play has gotten fluid enough that they could do some great things with characters. Voldo think Wolverine. Ivy think Scorpion. The Nancy stage is kinda cool. I don't like that beating arcade doesn't give you the character endings, especially after it took me so long to beat Azazel

Spam a safe poke string in the hopes of linking it into a high damage juggle forever and ever and ever. DURRHURR TEKKEN IS GOOD.
Over-generalise much?

What safe poke leads to juggle? Almost all juggles are at least -13 punishable. Most juggles that hit low either require a counter-hit, or are so slow, like Bryan's sweep, that it is easy to low parry- when not playing on laggy online.

Secondly, all juggle damage has been toned down compared to past games, and increased the effect of damage scaling. the max a juggle can do is about 60%, and that is with wall, bound, counter-hit, highest damaging launcher- meaning easiest to avoid, and so on. So Getting that all the time is very rare.

Anyway, good to see more bruce players, I wonder if it's becuase he is top tier or becuase this is an MMA site and people like the muay thai.

And speaking of MMA, then I need to start learning some Murdock, get my ground n pound in, becuase online scrubs don't know how to stop the double leg takedown! I wonder if I can mod him to look like Brock, he already looks like bob sapp.

i'm gonna beat every stage one more time that way i can get double the money and get better items, and maybe then i can get a double life bar for both of my characters, thanks for the pointers though man I will certainly try it.

One more question, how can you play with lars and alisa to get their ending?
do you have to beat the nightmare train stage or just beat the island stage and then clear another stage(i can't recall it) but it's the one where you get Mokujin??

I either get slow mode, or it looks like it's running full speed, but there is input delay so
I can't even block an obvious low or i miss my juggles

but there is a patch coming that will fix the online, at least according to the developers, so we'll see how that pans out.

is there some super basic explanations and tips. I know everything in SF, the problem is just how well i execute it, and that I can sometimes become predictable. In Tekken 6, however, it is more that I am completely overwhelmed by all the options, possibilities etc. Also, I get juggled a lot. I need some kind of tekken 101 tutorial or something. And the AI kind of sucks - I go from beating the computer to getting absolutely owned online. Is there some other - in between option - where I might actually learn something and someday have a chance in online competition?

Yeah, the online is messed up, I tried a few matches and it's like fighting under water. I'll just wait until they fix it 'cause right now it's just unplayable.
