about CAF feature (EA MMA & UFC 10)

Why do these games usually have such a shitty Create-A-Fighter mode? Creating appearances is one thing, but id like to see more depth in the attribute/skill category.. In PES (Pro Evolution Soccer) series u have tons of options to adjust your players skill, f.ex. shooting and passing accuracy and power can all be adjusted separately for each leg. Why not use the same kind of options for a fight game?

You cant really compare it to a football game like PES. But in my opinion, fighting games always sucked when it came to CAF. THQ should listen more to the fans. And the pressure is on because of EA's competition. We'll see what the next CAF modes bring next year.

What they should do, when it comes to online at least, is make a standard rating for the type of fighter you are, so stand up fighters will have better stand up than a wrestler, but a wrestler will have better ground and pound, and a submissions expert has better submissions (obviously).

That will then ensure that the players with the most skill will win, not the players with overpowered fighters who meticulously follow a formula in order to max everything out. Make it so that there's a standard rating so skill wins out most of the time is perhaps the way to go.

Also, MAKE 100 THE TOP RATING UNLESS THE REAL FIGHTERS WILL BE UP TO THAT LEVEL TOO!!! When Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira only has submission offence in the 80s, when the max is 115, something is not right at all.

Finally, I hope to god the do something about the names in the game, actually have a list of names to choose from, the amount of gay names I've seen by either Pro Wrestling fans or just general nerds is astounding

I would really like it if they had a variety of different animations, stances, special moves, and taunts to really give your CAF some personality.

besides the premade faces, ea is doing great with CAF. And those attributes you talk about are in Fight Night.

You can use your actual face in fight night so I am going to guess you will be able to do it here. Also I will bet you should be able to download fighters like in FN4 so we should have most UFC fighters in the EA game.
