PunchKettlebell Gym in St,Petersburg,Florida is having us
down for another Great! Sambo Grappling Seminar.

Host: Justin Keen-Owner/Coach Punchkettle gym

Feat: Carlos Cummings-Owner/Coach/Cummings Combat Sambo (CCS)
Mixed Martial Arts Academy, Panama City,Bch.Florida
also apart of (TAS) Team American Sambo) Head Coach SamboSteve from
New York Combat Sambo.

Will be going over: Throw's,Takedowns,Anklelocks,Kneebars,Co unters,Heelhooks,
Ground Control. Gi and No GI

Date's: January 8th-9th 2010

Cost: $50 for both days.

A few questions:

-What time will it start on those days?

-How do I sign up?

-What should I wear?

-Is it open to BJJ players who are interested in learning Sambo or is it geared more towards those with previous Sambo/Judo experience?

Hi, BJJ Beginner

Friday's Seminar start's at 5pm to 8pm
Saturday's Seminar 10am to 1pm

but I think it's a open door seminar and that's a good thing.

It will be (GI) and (No GI).Just bring your Gi top and fight shorts because he will be
going over both.

And yes it's open to all style's, BJJ,Submission Wrestlers,Catch Wrestlers. MMA ect..
It's going to be AWESOME!

The Sambo Seminar in St,Peterburg,florida is going GREAT!!
space is getting limited now. Alot of good feedback on the Seminar :>)
Right now we have: Jacksonville fl, Ocala fl, New port richy fl, Orlando fl, Lakeland fl,
Pensacola fl, even Atlanta ga, Called this morning about the seminar bringing some guy's
