This sat, august 1st, WEC lightweight champion Jamie Varner will be conducting a 3 hr seminar at Evolution Combat Club, 206 Greeley ave, Sayville, starting at 12 noon and running till 3pm. the cost is only $50!!! Come train w/ a world champion for less than the price of a round of drinks or a lapdance at the strip club!!!

Jamie will be going over MMA techniques and answering some of your MMA training questions, all in our new custom cage from www.combatcages.com.
