Yes Faber is in a Franklin situation. Both Franklin and Faber were kings of their respected division but there is always someone better. In Franklins case its clearly Silva, and with Faber he really hasnt showed up for his last two title bouts.

Faber should drop down to 135 he said himself he walks around at 155 why not make a drop. Brown is really good right now, and a third fight would put him down in a hole.

I might catch shit for this but ... I think Faber won that second fight. I was definately taking the broken hand into consideration when I watched the fight cause I watched a replay. and the way I scored it ... I had Faber up by a point. It was at least a draw.

Count the the number of punches Brown landed. Take a piece of paper and watch the fight ... put a "mark" everytime Brown lands a punch. Then do the same for Faber.

It's not quite so decisive.. He broke his hand in the 2nd fight and rain in to a punch in the 1st .. not excuses.. I am not really a big fan, but he hasn't lost in the same way as Franklyn did .. Niether did he lose to another contender in the weightclass .. I'd say that Faber has a chance in any fight with Brown . I prefer Brown, but Faber can compete at the same level for sure.

faber lost both bouts, hands down. It was his "Welcome to mMA" gift. Getting caught while being high-speed and unfoccused is what protects the integrity of this sport. And besides faber should go back a couple grades and learn basic punching skills, so that he dosnt break his hand. The kid has alot of heart, but takes more to ba a MMA champ. Hes got a longs way to go. he should consider dropping weight

I don't like Faber anyway ... just sayin'. I think he woulda won the fight had it not been for the broken hand.

i gave the fight to faber at a slight advantage, but i can definitely see why brown would get the win also.
