Kick to the head of Jacare was definately intentional
I am a fan of Miller but how can you accidently kick someone in the head? I could see that he forgot the rules in the heat of it since it has been legal in japan, but there is no way that was an accident. That is like saying Thiery didn't mean to keep punching Nortje after the bell. The Japanese seem to be soft when it comes to enforcing punishment for illegal tactics.
