Karo Parisyan Ranking
Logically, I do not see how Karo is mid-way through the rankings of the top ten welterweights. I won't make huge claims like some have to say he should not even be top twenty, but I think at best he just squeaks into the top ten.
If you consider his results in the past three years, they are far from spectacular.
He has lost to two top guys (Diego Sanchez and Thiago Alves.) He has decision wins over three guys who are at best top-20 (Fickett, Burkman, Chonan.) His decision over Dong Hyun Kim has been oveturned, and as such, should be ignored for the purpose of ranking.
Putting all of this together, I do not see what puts him ahead of the people below him in the top ten.
Am I missing something?
