Im wondering about fighters' (pros/amateurs) opinions on Shannon "The Canon" Ritch.

Ive watched his fights, and from what Ive seen in the videos and on his Sherdog fight record, he really doesnt seem to have any warrior spirit inside the cage/ring. The impression I get about the guy is that he wants to get in there to make some quick money, and if hes put into any kind of danger, he immediately taps. Watch some of his videos if you havent seen them; this is also backed up by the fact that he has over 100 fights and only 4 of them are documented as going past the 1st round. He has a flashy persona, so Im sure he loves the attention he gets as a guy who steps in the ring (notice I didnt say fighter) from the audience, and it wouldnt surprise me to know if he talks himself up to some skanky whores at bars/clubs for some more quick benefits.
So, Ive got a few questions for the fighters out there:
1. How do you feel about guys like this that seemingly dont care about putting on good fights for the fans?
2. Why do you think promoters keep giving this guy matches on cards, does he really bring any value to the event?
3. Do you think he has any business being inside the cage/ring?
4. Would you ever want to fight against him? Why or why not?
