You're considered a professional fighter if you are paid to fight on that card, not sponsored. But who cares...if you paid...good for you brother.

Definitely the org that makes you pro. Fight amateur until the org says they want you to fight pro. No org wants too look bad by putting some new fighter in their show saying hes a pro. Sponsorships just help cover expenses of training and are a very good thing to have if you are serious about fighting! Make sure you have a resume or some footage before you contact companies about sponsorships! Good luck to you!
