Anyways, welcome to Sherdog. This place is pretty cool about 10% of the times... I often wonder why I keep coming back.

The fight I fought at heaveyweight was on 3 days notice, and yes Ben had a loosing record, but he also has a 33-9 pro kick boxing record before he came into mma. He caught me with a nice hook off the bat and when I was rocked I shot and through a nice well time HK. The guys tough, and a good guy outside the cage.

I appreciate everyone trying to back my up, but no worries. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions of me, doesn't bug me a bit.
Hey Scott,
Have you tried the cut to 170 yet? How was it?

Welcome, I live in Seattle but I'll keep my eye out for that promotion. Good luck in your future matches, I hope you find success as a fighter.

Right now I am actually training out of the boxing club in Carlsbad, and going up to nor cal a bit. They have some great stand up coaches, and ground coaches as well. A lot of hardworking people there.

Chas - Right now what I am doing since my last fight didn't pan out, other fighter didnt show up, I am taking until Sept 27th to get to 185 and fight there that fight. Ill see how I feel there, and see what I feel like doing. If I stay at 85 I'll probably take the gameplan of bulking up more and walking at 205, and if I feel like I can get to 70 ill make a solid trial run before I commit to it. That would be ideal for me, just gotta see how it is at 85 first.

Thanks for all the good wishes from everyone, it really is appreciated. Its nice to see people that are into the sport with class.

Once again I want to extend the invite out to anyone that wants to start training or get into the sport in my area, shoot me a pm, ill do what I can to help people out.

Scott how do you find time to Bartend and be a professional fighter? I thought pros usually were sponsored? Just curious, what exactly does it take to become pro? I read your Bio on the site and I am assuming your Scott lightly and saw you had a pro boxing fight some Kick boxing fights ect. I just wanna know how you become pro. What is the typical protocol? Just wondering.
