Question to fighters/those who actually train

Does it hurt too when you knee someone in the face? Kick their legs? What's the most painful thing you did to someone? I've always wondered. Thanks guys!

i train and yeah it can hurt, especially if you throw a hard leg kick and your shins collide.there was a gif on here a while ago where a guy throws a leg kick and he breaks his leg doing so.
i havent seen this myself but i have heard of guys dislocating their kneecaps throwing knee's too,i cant imagine that being too pleasent.

Yeah it can hurt alright.

I train mainly BJJ at the moment but I do have a background in Tae Kwon Do.

When I was doing TKD I had a really bad incident. I mistimed a kick and my ankle bone caught the other guy right on his hip bone.

It had happened before but this time it really really hurt. I couldnt walk on the ankle for about 2 weeks.

As for knees I havent really hurt myself too much

Yes it can hurt alot, espacially if someone checks the legkick with their own leg but in the heat of the moment it dosen't hurt that much, it mostly afterwards you feel the real pain.

When i spar with my MMA gloves 4 oz, then it can hurt as hell when i don't hit proper, for example when i hit the guy in the forhead...

But that's the name of the game, so pick up your stuff and go and train;)

Two weeks ago I was sparring a guy, and I was landing a good amount of leg and body kicks. Our instructor told him(my sparring partner) to keep his elbows in because I was coming underneath his arms as he reached out for the body kick. Well after awhile he fianlly got it down, and I somehow kicked elbow. It hurt, but I kept going. Once the round ended I hoped out of the ring and took off my shin guard to see it was instantly bruised. Within an hour it started to swell. Nothing was broke or anything. But for a week it was swollen and bruised.

To some it up.... shit happens...

My left foot has been screwed for years from kicking an elbow.

I think body shots to the liver are the worst.

in training typically my shins and elbows tend to get the most sore. punches tend to reverberate through your elbows and after countless kicks your shins just tend to get a bit tenderized.

during sparring it also becomes very easy to hit and elbow or knee with a kick which stings

I got 2 ribs broken from a kick, i gave a guy a concussion from a head kick but bruised my foot badly, but the worst was i threw the most powerful leg kick i could and a guy checked it and the 2 of us went down i couldn't walk for a couple of days...
