I've kneed someone in the face in a street fight. My knee hurt the next day, but that was it.

If they check the kick, yeah, it can hurt.

the only time i ever get hurt when i punch or kick is when i hit them in the wrong place. like when this 1 guy ducked i hit him in the forehead buy mistake and broke my knuckle, but it didnt hurt until after the fight and yea when u do an inside leg kick and they point there knee in and u hit there knee it hurts for a little bit. but every one is different so that just my experience .

Threw a misplaced body shot while the other guy was turning to eat it. Knuckles + hip bone = pain

knee to knee is brutal...

liver shot from a kick is more debilitating than painful...

the worse thing for me is when you take a good leg kick. Not only does it hurt like a mofo, but you can't plant your lead leg for a while.
