well i been looking into fighting in an amateur fight recently. talked to my trainers and my goal is one amateur fight by the end of 08 (doable in my mind). Only problem is im in FL and amma is illegal. i was all for georgia but one trainer just told me amma has been declared illegal in georgia just recently. anyone else hear this? i cant find stuff on it yet. i didnt really have any need to fight pro anytime in the near future. is it a bad idea to jump right to pro while still meeting my deadline of 1 fight by end of 08?? im still mashing it over in my head. apparently the rules for pro is almost the same except you can throw bows. Any thoughts appreciated. BTW im in Tallahassee (northern FL)

If you are listed on the fcfighter database just PM a mod. I just PM'ed a mod video of my fights and I think a link to the org showing the results because I am not on fcfighter.
