Can you explain how the mma tryout would go?

I would laugh if someone like Fedor was like "ya I wanna finish up college, I think I'll go for that scholarship"

But man that sounds great, MMA scholarships, I'm 16 so I might go for one when I'm 17/18, sounds fun and rewarding.

im also interested, im 19 and earning my associates in sports medicine but that definitely sounds better. Id try for the mma and wrestling
how many scholarships per category will be given out and are they full scholarships/partial scholarships ?

Apologize for the last posting, the individual is not with the university, even though he started the concept, but has decided to become a professioanal promoter. We wish MO BARAZI the best in his work.... Our goal is your education first, second is learning the business of Sports Management, third/fourth is to train and fight... "stay in school and fight", be surrounded by the most prolific and unique university that gives you the opportunity to pursue your dreams... Now, since MMA AM is not legal, "YET"... be careful... its in the works in CA... but if you are PRO and you participate in our tournament, you will be fighting for the scholarship first... after the tournaments, you will recieve the percentage of the scholarship or a full depending if you win or not... then you start education and training, and if you fight pro after that, you keep you money, but with GC, they can negotiate and make sure you're taken care of... its LEGIT... and we take care of our student - athletes both PRO and AM... sorry for any past or future inconvenience... because educated minds want to know...

whats the weight classes? same as pro mma?

how do you decide who wins? a tournament?

if you do win the scholarship, is it only for the san bernardino universtity? is there even a good mma gym there? whos the coaches?

Thank you for your question, because educated minds want to know.... This is American Sports University, and the scholarships are ONLY for American Sports University.

The weight classes are the same as PRO & AM weight classes...

If you enter the tournament, then it will be judged by Gladiator Challenge rules and officials? All screening will be done by the MMA coaches and GC... If you are interested in the tryouts, both Pro & AM, the selection will be done by the MMA coaches, myself and GC.

As a student athlete myself, I am disgusted at this. You go to school to get a degree and play sports second. Not the other way around... sounds like your graduates will be VERY successful and respected among their peers... lol.
