Ivew got 8 weeks to my fight now so I will be moving in to the gym from monday to thursday, and stepping everything up a gear. IM not working on anything in particular at the moment, although I have made some big improvements in my wrestling and takedown defence. Just trying to raise everything to that next level you know.

Best of luck on 11th Nov Mike. Enjoyed watching you on TUF and some of your pre-TUF fights (the ones I could get my hands on).

We're all behind you Mike.

Have you heard anything about a UK UFC event? There has been some talk of it on these forums, just wondered if you knew anything. Would be great seeing you fight in a UFC held in the UK.

I thought that recent thread joust between you and Diabate was pretty hilarious Mike. Actually, I was pretty impressed by the guy in his fight against Shogun. Who knows, maybe you guys will meet again somewhere down the road.

Best of luck in your upcoming contest. Always entertaining when you're in there. Wouldn't mind seeing your mate Ross back in the octagon again as well.

hey mike if you have time i have a couple questions. were you a tough guy all your life or did you just get into it later on so to speak? did you get into street fights as a kid and stuff and if yes did you realise than that you were a fighter at heart? or did your parents put you into some kida contact sport and you just developed from there? at what point in life did you start taking the fight thing seriously?
