You mentioned that you were going to be doing some weight training in order to bulk up to a heavier LHW, how's that coming along?

Yeah it is quite mentally frustrating overcoming an injury. I just try to focus on the things that i can still do.
I wouldnt call the guy im fighting a can. He won his last ufc appearance quite easily in under 3 minutes.
Yeah its at light heavy. Thats my natural weight class and I have no desire to drop down. Yes some people will be bigger than me but thats a problem that heavyweights have to face so it doesnt bother me.
The ears healed up fine, but a little rearranged. Yeah strictly bangers and mash and a fried breakfast every morning.

Come on now....The Count has already been a champion and has put together quite a career before ever coming on TUF. But hopefully the UFC will test Mike off the bat as we all got to see him fight quite a lot recently, and we all know the level of fighter he is.

But I figure the UFC is banking on him carrying their aging LHW-division for years to come, so wouldn't be surprised if they wean him in.

Im focusing on core strength training as opposed to bodybuilding so I wont really put any mass on, but hopefully I should be able to match the strength of bigger guys.
Hi mike, yeah im cornering Mario this weekend.Cant wait we fly out tommorow.A big win for Mario I think. You people should look out for him, expect him to shake up the heavyweights
