ahaha put 1 knee on the floor? ur not suppose 2 try and put ur head down and duck under there grip otherwise ur gonna get a knee in the face!

u shud try and stand up straight so it pulls them in close and they cant knee ur face then, the 1 thing 2 do is use ur hand on there elbow and lift there hand up!

another is 2 put ur hand on there face and try 2 spin them around!

or just grip them by there hips and go for a toss!

ive knocked out two guys and broke one of their nose using thai clinch and im only 13. we use the bj penn escape as he has it in his booki t is very effective, the muay thai clinch is very effective ive used it in a fight at school and gave the kid a cuncussion.
