Titans gymnastics in coleharbour is behind the dollar store on the left hand side, fitplus martial arts is behind on the right hand side. From what I hear alot of guys go over to this little girls gymnastics class with thier gym bags and feel embarassed... I was almost one of them, but i was like Im NOT going in there. When me and my friend were looking for fitplus the first day we seen like ballerinas and shit lol

I've done some Bjj at Titans (the mma gym not the little girls gymnastics..) it's a really good gym for JJ, think it's a Renzo Gracie sanctioned gym right? or how ever you say it. thats the place to go if you want Bjj. Hopefully Palookas will offer the same type classes soon.

So its a good club ?? i just got back to judo ( shoulder injury ) and judo ends june 13 th so i might be heading over and taking some bjj there there times are great for me 6 30 to 8 30 monday to friday .
