Halifax MMA - Page 3

Im helping coach at the new boxing gym called Palookas on Gottigen St. It's a sick multi million dollar gym. They are going to start up Kick boxing classes and some MMA guys from Titans are going to start trainning there I hear. If you want Pro boxing level sparring join up mein.

In Canada there's a lot of odd sounding names. Most are actually First Nations words (like Canada). We're all used to it. On a related note I like Halifax a lot. It's the perfect size city for me.

I'm definitely going to check out Palookas. Anyone know their schedule?

Ya man I help coach down there, They just started having kickboxing classes down there on Tues and thurs from 5-7, Mike Kendall is doing that. Otherwise it's open 9-9 every weekday and 11-6 on saturdays just for boxing. They might start doign some MMA classes there soon... come check it out man, it's nice.
