as an aside... something i always wondered: how's it work with health insurance? any stitches or whatever that you need, you must pay for out of pocket? (I can't imagine any insurance company would cover a fighter)

my buddy got cut bad before and as long as he went the night of the event he was covered by the promoters insurance, some states are different but texas makes their promoters abide by some pretty strict rules
