we ALL know how you feel about Bas Rutten, I was wondering how you felt about the Shamrock brothers..
Mainly Frank, Alot of people take him as arrogant and a smart ass.. I was wondering how your experiences with him were and if you guys got along well.. Also, If Ken was cool back in the pancrase days to you..

Also your thoughts on Frank as a fighter now? I feel he is TOTALLY underrated and that he is one of the best ever.. Would you agree?
