First Jiu-jitsu class
Taking my first jiu-jitsu class this friday at usmma in Bellingham mass and im pumped. Its no-gi so i dont have to go out and buy a gi. What do I need for the class besides a cup, mouthguard, and I got some tapout boardshorts a while ago...?

I thought Sherdog did some type of BC before you were allowed to be tagged as Pro Fighter.


You need a helmet as well.
