One week away!

BTW, some people were wondering what to bring: wear loose comfortable clothing (shorts & T-shirts are good, a cup and mouth piece is always good as a personal safety precaution) There will not be any sparring in this seminar so you don't really need to wear gloves or shin guards.

You will need to sign an application and waiver of liability along with $30 cash for the seminar in order to participate.

Both Enson and Rico are very adamant about No VIDEO TAPING the seminar.

Anything you want to add Enson?
