Congrats to George for making it to this year's ADCC. Unfortunately he was matched against Marcelo Garcia in the first round. Big ups to my boy George.

Just watched the match on youtube, man a win over Garcia would have been HUGE for George.
No shame in loosing to someone like Marcelo Garcia though. Props George.

Need more info. U mean like gyms, sight seeing, or places to pick up chicks?

As far as cheap, good luck with that. Japan can be pretty expensive. I'm guessing there might be some youth hostel/backpacker hotels u might find on-line, but as far as normal hotels....they're gonna run u at least $100/night.

I highly recommend u do some research and find out where and how you'll be traveling domestically. U can save a small fortune by getting a rail pass through your travel agent than buying one here in JPN. Domestic travel expenses r high. It's actually cheaper to go to Korea for a few days than to go from Osaka to Tokyo for a few days.

Hope this helps.

yo enson, did you come to long beach yet? I train at Brazilian Top Team Long Beach under Marcelo Perdomo. If you have time maybe call the gym and see if you can have a seminar, but i think you are welcome just to train somewhere. The gym's number is 562-331-0138.

Set it up. If there is enough interest I'd love to do one.

If you do a bit of judo, the Kodokan is a cheap, no-frills option in Tokyo.
