Enson, here is a webinar of your brother Egan that was on wednesday. All I can say is WOW! Everything he talks about is a perfect example of a great person! You can apply everything that he said in life. He basically gives a blueprint using himself as an example. It must have been really something to be around your brother when you were growing up!
Out of curiosity Enson, does both of you ever get called to speak at graduation ceremonies of your old school? If they didnt, they are trully missing out on a wealth of information to prepare for life and how to succeed in anything.

Besides fearnopunch technology or fearnopunch.com which seem to be on the cutting edge of training, can anyone else offer something besides this. I ordered the DVD training program and look forward to posting a review of what they offer. Can anyone else share some kind of new training program besides Fearnopunch.com that i can review.

I am looking to move forward with my training,

Howzit Enson,
Congrats to Egan and hope you had a good time in Hawaii. I was watching "Rites of Passages" again for like the 100th time and was wondering why the Frank Shamrock fight was so heated. Did you not like him prior to the fight or is that just the way the fight turned out? where as the Randy Cotoure fight seemed more like a chess match. Sorry if this has been asked before but I was just curious. Mahalos and I hope you got to eat some good plate lunches.

No.... no bad blood. Maybe just this Shooto vs Pancrase rivalry thing. No bad blood. Just 2 warriors letting itall hang out.

Thanks for the insight. Do you still keep in touch with Frank? I think he still thinks of you as his hardest fight. Thanks again for always responding, you truly are a MMA Icon.

That reminds me! Remember that time at The Pride GP Nov. 2002 when you went to go sit in your ringside seat and they had you sitting next to Randy Couture? Or the time in private eyes when noguera and bustamante were sitting a table over?

Man you run into lots of your past opponents.

On a side note Noguera said hello, and we saw randy at that after party and he was super cool, he even gave Erson the hat off of his head. then I remember Dan Henderson saying "Hey where did that kid get that hat?" Randy says "I gave it to him, thats Enson's kid"

Oh yea! you also just did a movie with Randy! Haha MMA is a small world huh.

Do you and Enson still keep in touch? You were the guy who won a free trip to Japan and hang out with Enson right...from like years ago? Anyhow, you should repost the pictures where Enson kicked your ass lol. I remember that from years ago...you are so lucky.

Thanks to Enson for keeping in touch with his fans
