Uggghhhh, the guy is clearly a bigot, and something of a hypocrite. Calling religious groups whiners in what amounts to a 6 minute tantrum about atheism's inability to take hold in Europe. He's also making a pretty enormous jump to the conclusion that the first amendment will be subverted for the sake of Muslims. The fact that this guy really believes that religious freedom should not be protected for the sake of protecting his particular brand of faith is entirely foolish.
That said, he seems pretty charming witty, wouldn't mind drinking with the dude.

If by bigoted you mean anti-religion, then yeah, I guess he is. And his rant wasn't about athiesm not taking hold in Europe, but of political pandering in an attempt to keep everyone happy even when in actuality doing so infringes on certain important freedoms.
When the ammendmants were made I'm pretty certain the american forefathers had no clue an opressive religion like Islam existed. Not to say christianity isn't opressive but it's nowhere as near fucked up as islam is.

I don't really think its possible to sever ethnic Islamic people from doctrinal Islam entirely. While I certainly don't agree with implementing Sharia law, though for different reasons than the guy in the video, its a stretch from there to the more general criticisms of Islam he lays out toward the end of the video, and at that point he's no longer making targeted criticism of a rule of law but instead appealing to peoples' baser prejudices against the people. At that point, yes, the speaker is clearly being bigoted.
I'd like to hear his harsher criticism of the more hard line elements of the Jewish faith if he's truly anti-religious and not merely a bigot.
Also, the important freedoms he seeks to defend are those that would empower his faith over others. Not exactly righteous.

He's had some videos against christianity which are worth a look.
And I think you have to take ethnicity out of Islam since there are people in the world who by race are arabic and semitic and yet could be religious, agnostic or athiest.
I know some are quick to point to the constitution in regards to civil and religious freedoms, but we can't forget the seperation of church and state which I believe is the real issue going on in Europe at the moment. Unfortunately the real issue will be raped by fascist groups that want to promote their own racist agenda.

Well. Women are slaves in many middle eastern countries.
When you can't leave the house without somebody else's permission you are a slave or a criminal.
I see why he's pissed off

American forefathers existed only about 400 years ago, some thousand years or so after the Roman empire existed, who had contact with Islam, just like they did with Judaism, I am sure word spread to Britannia, aka, Great Britain. And to say Christianity is nowhere as near fucked up as Islam is absurd. Christianity set the world back about a thousand years or so and is probably the cause of the most murders of all time.
