You don't pass in the right lane. People do pass in the right lane because of people like TS who cruise in the left lane. It doesnt matter how fast or slow you are going in the left lane you do not cruise in the passing lane. People up north seem to understand this, people everywhere else do not.

Ok cruising is hanging out in the left lane when the right lane is open. How about that smartass. When you cruise you are staying at a constant speed for a considerable amount of time. If you knew the meaning of cruising (think cruise control) you would automatically deduce that this is not a contradiction. In Germany for example they have a "drive right" law. Left lane is for passing and if you are going slow in the left lane or you pass on the right you get a ticket.

BTW: The whole "Fast lane" thing is retarded. That only applies on interstates. I'm glad everyone likes to make up their own rules to the road, have fun getting shot at one day for being a lazy fuck who cant go around someone.

You were in the wrong lane because you were not passing anybody. And the whole aiding and abetting criminal activity angle is pushing it a little too much, you were also speeding.

You were in the wrong here man. Common highway etiquette is to get the hell out of the left lane when someone is going faster than you and wants to pass.
