Question for Atheists
The religion thread just got me thinking for a bit and I have this question.
Obviously Atheists don't believe in God,, but let's say for the sake of argument there is no God. Would you be happy about it? Or would you want a Creator to exist if you had the power to?

Why would I want a creator to exist? If he'd give me cash and superpowers if I pray to him I would not mind though lol.

you're a douche bag through and through, and probably too stupid to even know it.
i read your posts. in the religion thread you say you would pay to see a room filled with aborted fetuses. anyone with a mind and heart as foul as that is nothing more than vile dog.

Without getting into a big argument, I think most atheists (I am one) think the idea of a "creator" is preposterous. If somehow we found out there is no "creator/god", I wouldn't be jumping for joy. It's something I don't even consider anymore. And no, I would not want a "creator". The concept seems silly to me.

Did you read the other part of my post where I said seeing dead foetuses was soul destroying? You getting there yet, flower?

i'm agnostic but i think most people in general really want to believe in something bigger than themselves. i don't think this is limited to a ''creator/no creator". it could be someone that believes in fate, or maybe even uses their favorite media to guide them like their favorite musician or video game franchise. i don't think i'm making my point too well, sorry... maybe someone else can articulate it better for me.
