dude I know I was there I was the fat kid with no life till i changed it all around I had to do it myself

I was the fat kid growing up. I don't get how these people don't get motivated by being treated poorly, whatever. Of course, I parlayed my hugeness into a rather successful football career, so I guess I came out on top kind of, though I don't play anymore.

I played soccer so that helped but i was 6'2" 250

I was 287 at my peak but that was after a track season where I binged every day but got in shape over the summer. My playing weight in college was around 270. I'm not like 235 a year removed and without even really trying too hard. The problem with most people is they just don't know how to work hard. The laziness epidemic in the US is ridiculous.
