Exactly my point. The should have at least listed him as being part of 9/11, yet they don't. They keep it broad cuz they know they have no proof.. Osama was just a scapegoat

right... the government went through all this work to stage this attack, then they staged a confession film... but thy neglected, and continue to neglect to stage more evidence linking Osama Bin Laden to 9/11... and so they leave it out of their description on their most wanted page... yeah that makes sense... i see how you came to that conclusion...
