2 shot in hometown shooter scream OBAMA OBAMA while fleeing

This happened last week.... a few details left out of the article... Some friends were on a porch, 2 black guys come on the porch and try to enter the house, they were asked to leave and immediatly asked if everyone there was racist, the answer "no we just dont know you was given" the 2 leave but say "dont worry we'll be back" they come back a half hour later argue again pull out a 357 shoot two people and flee while screaming OBAMA OBAMA on the way to their get away car... Now is this a hate crime or no???

I HATE the hate crime rule... But to me this is 2 black guys mad they were asked to leave a party because they thought they were black ( really it was cause NOONE KNOWS YOU) then saying they would return and screaming OBAMA OBAMA while fleeign the scene... I almost had a situation like this happen to our house party once...except it was a rican. Wouldn't let him in so he busted a beer bottle on my roomys head at the door and a couple of us threw bottles at his car while he was leaving and then told us he'd be back to "deal with us" in a few. I got my AR and positioned myself on the roof. He did come back and drive by slowly but had 2nd thoughts on getting out and doing anything...luckily for him. I'dve ventilated his ass the second he stepped out of his car.

Sweet, that's why America is the greatest country on earth. Had that been Europe, the 'rican would have already been inside, robbed the place, beat up some kids and/or raped some girls. The police would have been unable to do anything because the perpetrator most likely was below the legal age to be prosecuted. In some places no house parties are being hold anymore because of fear of marauding immigrant gangs.

Damn, I wish I could get my hands on a legal assault rifle.

Since your article doesn't mention anything remotely close to what you just said, how are we supposed to take your word on it.
