I don't even want to get into this... I have binge eating disorder. Just about every night I pig out on junk for hours straight.
Last night, between 8:30 and midnight, I ate a whole medium pizza, 2 slices of meat pie, a whole 875mL tub of that triple chocolate Nestle Sundae stuff, 6 slices of chocolate cake, 2 waffles with butter n maple syrup...
And that's nothing.
This has been goin on for over a year and it's a miracle I still only weigh 120. I can't seem to help myself so I am going to seek professional help. Anyone else have a similar problem? I don't throw up my food afterwards btw.

They had a deal at McD's when I was in high school: 2 Big Macs for $2. I ate 6. It's probably the worst thing I've ever done.

2 footlong subways, 3 cookies, and a bag of chips. I'm sure I've eaten more, but that's the only thing that comes to mind right now.

This reminds me of something a kid I know did.
Footlong sub - chugs a litre of chocolate milk - second footlong sub.
Oddly enough, he was epileptic and had a seizure on his front lawn later that day. His dad found him unconscious lying face-down in the rain after like an hour. Scary shit.
Moral of the story: Subway kills.

Why take one step forward and two steps back when dieting?
Assuming your maintenance calories are ~2800, and you took in 12000 calories for the day, you just put on three pounds of fat. Unless you are starving yourself the other 6 days of the week (or training like mad), your going to end up gaining weight.
Rule of Thumb: Only eat poorly when there are no healthy alternatives available. The only time it is acceptable to eat junk food is when the alternative is going with nothing.

My sister has an eating disorder. I went to meetings with her and learned a ton about it. Check out a program that gives you one on one meetings, group therapy and monitors your health as you go along.
