What if this is the last post you ever make?
What if, and this is just purely hypothetically speaking, you post right now, lets say in this thread, and with a matter of very unfortunate circumstances you suffocate in your own saliva. Will you be happy with what you posted? or would you want to come back from the dead so that you can alter your last post to make sure its more appealing to others so you can die more peacefully?
