Rocky 4

This movie is so manly just watching it makes you more Italian.

Marked for Death

Why: Great movie. I would have said Under Seige, but I don't think that one is underrated. Great action and good plot. Screwface pwnd! Quote: "I hope they weren't triplets." Grade: B+

I never thought of Rocky movies as "action" movies. Its mostly plot, very little actualy action. Plus Racky III with Mr. T was clearly the best of that saga! WAR Clubber Lang!

Look people, I don't mean to rain on any parades, but the reason Equilibrium didn't do well is because it's absolutely awful. The acting is atrocious, particularly on the part of Bale and Diggs, who are over-acting to the point that it's hard to watch. Next, a big "action scene" should be more than a camera swirling around a man who's standing still with bullets whizzing around him. As if this weren't bad enough, the 1984-meets-a-million-other-dystopias plot is old and tired. Equilibrium blows the goats.

Apart from that major infraction, I like the rest of your list Ikkus. But seriously, Equilibrium and Boondock Saints are the two MOST overrated straight-to-video releases of all time. Goddamn college students and their cult movie followings. They went straight to video for a reason.

You consider the Italion Stallion and Death From Above trading blows for 15 rounds not an action movie? Besides, the montage scenes are epic.

Quigley Down Under

Heavily underrated western. Great flick with a great plot. I loved the movie. Quote: "Now I'm new here so maybe you can help me with this. Is everyone in this Godforsaken country as ugly as you are?" Grade: A-

All Rocky's montages are epic. But that don't make it an action flick!
